How To Order:

All bears are available for direct purchase through this website.

Add the bear or bears you would like to buy to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions provided by Paypal to complete your purchase.

You may also place your order via email if you wish to pay using a cheque or money order (UK customers only).

Prices on this website are in UK pounds.


Payment Methods:

  • We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Paypal as well as all other forms of Paypal payment.


    Solution Graphics

  • It is possible to pay with your credit/debit card through Paypal without setting up an account. Just follow the instructions during checkout.
  • Personal cheques and money orders are accepted by UK customers only. If you wish to pay with either of these methods please contact us with your order.

Postage Costs & Times:

  • Postage and packaging is £5 per bear.
  • Each bear is wrapped carefully and sent individually even if you order more than one at a time.
  • All bears are dispatched from the UK within 5 working days of purchase.
  • Inland parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and you will need to sign for your parcel when it arrives.
  • Once dispatched your parcel should arrive on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email from us on the day of dispatch letting you know your parcel is on its way so you can look out for it. This email will also contain your tracking number so you can track your parcel's progress online.


International Shipping:


  • International shipping and packaging costs £10 per bear.
  • Orders to all international destinations are accepted as standard.
  • Each bear is wrapped carefully and sent individually even if you order more than one at a time.
  • International parcels are sent via Airmail and will require a signature on delivery.
  • Depending on its destination, Airmail can take anywhere from 3-28 working days to arrive although 10 is more usual.
  • If you have not received your order after this time please contact us to resolve the problem.
  • You will also receive an email from us on the day of dispatch letting you know your parcel is on its way so you can look out for it. This email will also contain your tracking number so you can track your parcel's progress online.


Returns Policy:

  • Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 working days of receipt.
  • However, returns are very sad for everyone involved so please do not purchase if you are not sure.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns outside of the EU.
  • In the event of a return we regret that we will be unable to refund the cost of postage.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Your goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Whilst we are usually able to deliver goods within 15 working days (10 days within the UK), please allow 28 days for delivery from the date your payment has been received.
  • Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  • Returns must be arranged immediately upon receipt. In the event of a return we regret that we will be unable to refund the cost of postage. Proof of postage should be obtained in case of loss when you return your item/s.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns outside of the EU.
