- What methods of payment do you accept?
- I accept most major credit cards and debit cards via Paypal as well as all other forms of Paypal payment.
Personal cheques and postal money orders are accepted by UK customers only. If you wish to pay with either of these methods please contact me with your order. - Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
It is possible to pay with your credit/debit card through Paypal without setting up an account. Just follow the instructions during checkout.- Can I place my order over the phone?
- I am unable to accept phone orders. Please place your order online.
- Do you offer a layaway service
- I am unable to offer a layaway service at this time.
- Where are you based?
- I am located in the United Kingdom (UK).
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes I do!
- When will my parcel arrive?
- All orders are sent within 5 working days. Orders within the UK are sent using Royal Mail and should be received within 5 working days. International orders are sent via airmail and are typically received at overseas destinations in 6 - 10 working days.
- Where is my order?
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from me containing a tracking number so you may track your parcel's progress online. Please refer to this if you wish to know where your parcel is. Please let me know right away if your parcel does not arrive when it ought to.
- To you take on custom work?
- At the moment I am not accepting custom work or commissions. However, if you are a retailer and you are interested in commissioning a special collection of my bears please contact me as I would love to hear from you.
- Are your bears suitable for children?
- Due to small parts such as glass eyes and beads, my bears are not suitable for children. They are intended for adult collectors.
- Do you offer wholesale discounts?
- Mymble bears are very new to the marketplace and so I am not offering standardised wholesale discounts just yet. However, if you are a retailer and you are interested in my bears please contact me as I would love to hear from you.
